Reports

Updated over 4 months ago

The Reporting section allows you to visualize your data in a simple, easily digestible way.

You can view important metrics such as the number of Teams that get Approved or Rejected, and the breakdown of Template usage by percentage.

Let's take a look at how Reports actually work and see how you can get the most out of your data.

πŸ“Š Request Report

  1. Navigate to Settings > Expert mode > Reporting.

  2. Select Requests in the Select report dropdown.

  3. Choose the Date range that you'd like to view ( 7, 30, 90 days, etc.)

  4. Click on Run report.

The Request Report will present you with a breakdown of all Requests submitted within the selected timespan.

Each column will represent either a Day or a Month, depending on the selected Date Range.

The columns themselves will be separated into different shades of purple to designate Created, Approved, and Rejected Requests.

It's also possible to hover over each column to see the breakdown of Created, Approved, and Rejected Requests in numbers.

πŸŒ— Templates Report

  1. Navigate to Settings > Expert mode > Reporting.

  2. Select Templates in the Select report dropdown.

  3. Click on Run report.

You'll be presented with a pie chart that shows all of your existing Templates in proportion to their real-world usage.

Hovering over an individual section of the chart will display the Template Name, Number of Active Teams, and the corresponding Percentage.
