Accessing files attached to your team is quite simple, and Teams Manager doesn't alter this flow at all.
In order to access files attached to teams:
Navigate to the Chat tab in Microsoft Teams.
Find the desired team and select the corresponding channel.
Switch to the Files tab.
Find the files you were looking for.
