The list of Teams you can view depends on your role within the organization.
If you're an Admin, you'll be able to view all teams on your tenant in:
The Chat section of Microsoft Teams.
The Teams tab within Teams Manager.
The Admin Dashboard, accessible under Teams > Admin view within Teams Manager.
If you're a regular user, you'll be restricted only to teams where you're an active member and public teams, all of which can be found under the Chat tab of Microsoft Teams or under the Teams tab within Teams Manager.
