The Teams Manager application ID can be found on your Azure portal when you log on as the Global or Application Admin.
Here's how it's done:
Go to https://portal.azure.com
Sign in with your Admin account.
Search for "Microsoft Entra ID" and click on it.
Select Enterprise applications from the sidebar.
Look for Teams Manager PROD in the application list and click on it.
You'll find the Application ID under the Properties section of the app Overview.
