There could be a few reasons why you're not seeing all your templates when requesting a new team. We've recently introduced dynamic groups for template access, which means only users in authorized groups can see specific templates. This helps keep our tenant organized and efficient.
Another possibility is that some templates might have been deactivated. When a template is deactivated, it's not available during team creation.
To see all available templates, check the "Active Templates" section in Teams Manager. This shows all currently active templates you can use. If you need access to a specific template you're not seeing, you might want to check with your admin about your group permissions or if the template has been deactivated.
