How Do I Set Up Automatic Approvals in Teams Manager?

If you want teams to be approved automatically upon being requested by end users, you can simply disable the approval process entirely.

Here's how you do that:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Approvals within Teams Manager.

  2. Locate the "Enable team approval process" toggle at the top of the page.

  3. Disable the toggle and wait for the changes to be saved.

Now, whenever a user requests a team, it won't require additional approval from other members of the organization and will be created automatically.
