If you want teams to be approved automatically upon being requested by end users, you can simply disable the approval process entirely.
Here's how you do that:
Navigate to Settings > Approvals within Teams Manager.
Locate the "Enable team approval process" toggle at the top of the page.
Disable the toggle and wait for the changes to be saved.
Now, whenever a user requests a team, it won't require additional approval from other members of the organization and will be created automatically.
