How Can I Give a User the Permission to Intall Teams Manager on a Self-hosted System

Self-hosted customers don't have the ability to install Teams Manager themselves. Usually, members of our Support Team handle these deployments within a few hours, however, it's important that the Admin, who'll be present for the installation, has the Global Admin permission set.
