With Teams Manager, you can Export and Import your Templates as zip files, allowing you to maintain offline copies and simplifying setup on new tenants.
Certain Templates might also be imported by our Partners, who are setting up Teams Manager for your company or assisting you with Tenant Migration.
Let's go through the entire Import/Export process together to fully understand how your enterprise can benefit from it.

āClick on the ⯠button next to the desired Template.
āSelect Download from the dropdown.
āYou will either be prompted to download the newly generated zip file or notice that the download has already started (depending on your browser's configuration).
The zip archive you download as a result of this procedure will contain all Template information and can be imported into Teams Manager at any time.
š„ Importing Templates
Navigate to Settings > Templates.
āClick on the downward-facing arrow symbol next to Import from existing team.
āSelect Upload template from file.
